Penis enlargement, sometimes called fun penis enlargement, is a technique that involves increasing the volume, length and firmness of the male penis.
How to enlarge the penis
Procedures range from exercises to stretching devices and surgery, with reports of success and failure from around the world. Some are outright scams, while others can be successful. Often when advertising fraudulent products, the difference between a temporary increase, ie an erection, and a permanent increase is intentionally distorted.
A legal study has been done specifically on penis enlargement; where it turned out that any allegations of a significant and steady increase could be attributed to biased or unsystematic, unverified objective research and could be on the side of the interests and emotions of the source. There is currently no evidence that there are non-surgical methods that continually increase both the thickness and length of a normal penis. A general study has been conducted on the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical and quasi-pharmaceutical preparations; but so far nothing has been found to force traditional medicine to use them. There are also inherent in some invasive procedures, the negative results of which range from tearing of the skin and scarring to long-term loss of sexual function. As a result of the speculative nature of any hope of "improvement" and the many known cases of chronic trauma involved in this experience, many professionals are skeptical about the subject and tend to avoid this area.
Much of the commercial market for penis enlargement procedures is based on unverified claims that a large cock increases sexual power and attractiveness to a potential partner.
Enlargement of a normal penis differs from the search for relief from the well-known medical condition of microelements, in which surgery can intervene to increase the size of the urinary organ or sexual function. Concerns about penis size can be (in extreme cases) a psychological / psychiatric condition that is best dealt with by qualified doctors.
Penis enlargement surgery
There are several types of surgery, each of which carries a risk of such complications. The Second International Consultation on Sexual Dysfunction concluded that most men would not want to undergo surgery if they were properly informed about the approximate consequences and risks of complications.
Tablets and supplements
Pills, patches, ointments for penis enlargement are usually advertised on the Internet. Many products contain harmless substances, but there are many products that have not been tested for safety and side effects at all, and no product has been scientifically proven to be effective.
Physical methods of augmentation
Various physical methods have been used in an attempt to enlarge a man's penis. To date, none of them has been effective. Techniques include stretching, increasing with light weights, and increasing blood flow and / or blood pressure to the penis. There is also a significant "overlap" between methods designed to enlarge the penis and methods designed to achieve different effects, specific problems such as reversible impotence, increased duration of erection, improved sexual orgasm, etc.
Penis pump
A penis pump is a cylinder located in the penis that has a manual or stand-alone pump that creates a partial vacuum around the penis that increases as blood flows there. When the vacuum increases, then the pressure in the blood vessels of the penis increases; excessive vacuum causes vascular damage.
Pumps can be used to temporarily overcome the symptoms of impotence, but they do not cure the disease itself: annular tourniquets must be used to keep the blood retained in the penis, otherwise the erection will disappear. The pumps can work even when nerves or vessels are affected, which prevents a natural erection, but excessive or prolonged use (over several hours) will cause long-term damage.
The pumps must be used very carefully to avoid serious injuries: if you are too enthusiastic, the blood vessels may burst and blisters may appear.
Kazem, Hosseini and Alizadeh are investigating the effectiveness of such pumps for permanent penis enlargement. They studied 37 men whose penis was smaller than 10 centimeters and did not notice a significant change in penis length after six months of using the pumps, although 30% of them were satisfied with the method. The conclusion of the article suggests that vacuum treatment of the penis is not an effective method for enlarging it, but it provides some psychological satisfaction for some men.
The pumps have been used successfully to treat men with Peyronie's disease, which causes abnormal shortening and curvature of the penis. A study by the Department of Urology in London, in 31 men, found "clinically and statistically significant improvements in penis length, angle of curvature and pain after 12 weeks of using a vacuum pump. " In this study, subjects with Peyronie's disease were pumpedtwice daily for ten minutes for 12 weeks. The additional penis length, averaging 0. 5 cm, was a side effect found in about one third of the subjects and was not the focus of the study.
Bracket
Tightening is a very risky and dangerous method. The purpose of the clamp is to increase the length of the penis with the help of compression devices such as shoelaces, a cable clamp, a tight ring used to restrict the flow of blood from the organs. The device is firmly attached to the base of the penis and the man engages in "promotion" (extended masturbation). The metal ring is dangerous because the blood in the penis gets clogged, which may be the reason for the impossibility of subsequent removal of the ring without emergency help by amputation or cutting the ring. Tightening can cause catastrophic long-term damage to the penis.
Hand exercises
Jelk
Jelqing is a physiotherapy method designed to achieve "natural penis enlargement" by increasing blood pressure and blood circulation. This is done by repeatedly stroking the penis with a pressing motion from its base to the glans; special devices have been created to achieve the same effect. This movement is reminiscent of milking.
According to the BJUI article, the method is of ancient Arabic origin; the Arabic word for "milking" is sometimes claimed as the etymological root of the term, but this is a moot point and the actual origin of the term becomes unclear.
Despite the unsubstantiated claims of the supporters of the method of effectiveness, there is no medical opinion confirming its effectiveness. In addition, medical journalist Christopher Wanzek said that the claim that the method "will expand the cavities of the penis, which are filled with blood designed to increase erections, does not make biological sense. "
Although considered the safest of all "radical" penis enlargement methods, elking can cause blood vessels to rupture, scarring, pain, disfigurement, and desensitization of the penis.
Cosmetic methods
Instead of changing the actual size of your penis, you can make it look bigger by removing pubic hair or just losing weight. Circumcision is also sometimes quoted (humorously) to make the penis more visible, both more and less.
